Biography

Not much is known about Thomas, other than him being a sex offender and his collaboration with MuchoZucko and appearance on various random porn websites. There is a possible answer as to why Tom Pearl eats his own shit which has been stated by a RedditFag on his subreddit:

"Tom Pearl claims that he eats diarrhea because when he was a kid he was poor, and he would eat his own shit to stop being hungry."

This is most likely untrue/misinformation since there's nothing to really support this with most believing it's because he has a scat fetish.
