It features a college reject skiddie sticking a bigass needle into his left knee, and then pulling out knee-water and drinking it. He did all of this to impress his e-buddies on /k/ with how badass an “operator” he was for performing a painless fluid draw under OTC local anesthetic.

Skunkworks (Powerword: Daniel Beckwitt) A.K.A. danb1337, ECEHacker is a skiddie jew hailing from Urbana, Illinois. He distinguished himself in college by superglueing locks and installing hardware keyloggers on shared computers at University of Illinois, where he briefly attended. With the passwords he culled from his 1337 haxor exploits, he sent prank emails and tried to auction off finals answers, placing his mental capacities firmly in the middle school arena. For these sins he was permabanned from University of Illinois, complete with restraining order and criminal charges. Despite his abortive attempt at higher education, he fancies himself a genius, and is unafraid to spout torrents of irrelevant and uninteresting technical terms in a desperate attempt to intimidate lookers-on into a stunned silence. He is also a firearm enthusiast, as can be seen from the charge of illegal firearm possession pending against him. Laughably, he posted pictures of himself pointing guns at the camera on his dating profile, apparently under the impression the implicit threat of violence will draw in the bitches like no other. He also frequented /b/, /g/, and /sci/, as tripfaggot Skunkworks !e1337Hykks, where he distinguished himself as an unbearable bore and shitposter, as the mood struck him.

On April 24th, the video was posted on 4chan's /k/, prefaced with the typical empty bravado of that board. Surprisingly, no one seemed to be impressed with his ability to drink his bodily fluids, and cries of fag rang out into the night. When one poster expressed hope that the procedure would be lethal, Skunkworks interjected that the procedure was harmless and painless, subverting his own claims of badassedness The lessons of that fateful night stuck with him, and to this day anesthetizing with lidocaine is listed on his OKCupid as one of the (intolerably long) list of things he is capable of doing. Strangely, cunnilingus is not listed as something he is capable of performing.
