Battlestation

Battlestation is glorified term used by gamers to describe a desktop computer setup while simultaneously boosting their egos. These members of the PC master race look down on console peasants, losers who play games on an Xbox, Play Station or Wii because they are pathetic and can't afford a kickass system.

The minimum requirement for bragging rights include an expensive chair, the best tower money can but with lots of RAM and a graphics card that roars, a high-quality keyboard and at least two gigantic displays. Anything less and a person best not bother sharing a picture of their wimpy setup, that an laptops are not a part of a battlestation, failure to comply carries a mandatory sentence of death by public hanging, newb.

A man's battlestation is much like his house, the bigger the battlestation, the smaller his...nevermind, mebers of the PC master race will be hated by jealous console peasants who are stuck using crappy controllers. Even amongst the giants, the only determining factor of which beast is the baddest is the number and size of displays being used, there is no consensus about platforms or brands, except that Mac users can GTFO. One must also take a stand on what's most important, a really awesome keyboard or display? And be able to defend that position against all those who dare question it.

So if you're ready to smack everyone else around in Call of Duty, then it's time to get the best battlestation known to mankind.
