Internetology: The Study of Indeed

Internetology is a fantastical, coercive study of the Internet. It has been around for many centuries, possibly starting in the late 1600's after the invention of the steam powered computer engine. It is uncertain who the founding father of this study was, but it was most certainly an upstanding male citizen of the time (considering that women's rights had not existed at the time. The existence of this field of study is most profound, but it has etched its own name into history as a remarkable and constantly-evolving human idea.

What is it?

There are many different, substantial branches of Internetology. These branches span from the simple study of pixels that show on the front page of a social networking site, such as Facebook, to the very study of the blatant truths that the internet itself graces onto humanity. It is also noted that anybody can take up the study of Internetology, as it is the world's easiest Ph.D to obtain. In fact, it is not offered at most institutions of finer learning due to how commonplace the actual internet is.

It is thought that Internetology originated in the middle-to-late 1600's due to the invention of the steam-powered computer engine. This sparked a growing and insatiable appetite for knowledge and understanding of computer technologies in human history, eventually leading to the development of the Internet. Shortly after, the term Internetology was coined as the finer understanding and study of the Internet.

Evolution of Internetology

With the constant influx of computer technology and other related machinery, Internetology became a rapidly evolving undertaking of the human endeavor. By the late 1900's, Internetology had changed the entire face of humanity as a diverse and prosperous field of study, resulting in the furthering of human society as the most influential force on the planet.

Currently, Internetology stands as the leading field of study in the world, with over 4-billion professionals claiming a Ph.D in various fields of the study.
