Telegram, better known as Failgram or Fedgram, is a completely fedded """""private""""" messenger (requires a phone number btw) that's basically the Slav version of Trooncord. This shit is mostly used by ISIS members, pedos, zoophiles, drug dealers, pajeet crypto scammers, pajeet script kiddies, and edgy 13-year-old boys because of its unrestrictive moderation and TOS allowing for moar lulz NVM they've been cracking down on that ever since their CEO got arrested in France for not moderating the platform enough.

History

Telegram was launched in 2013 by techbros Nikolai (actually coded most of it but doesn't get nearly enough credit as his brother) and Pavel Durov (gets all the credit even though he really just marketed it); And they also founded Vk if that matters.

Why people use this

• Because its TOS allows for moar lulzy content which Discord doesn't allow like gore, racism, and transphobia.
• Because they have features for free that Discord locks behind a paywall.
• To buy drugs.
• To buy CP.
• To join ISIS.
• To talk in zoosadist groups that hate baby monkeys for some fucking reason.
• To pirate movies.
• To find stealer logs and act like they are l33t hackers.
