Pedro's English skills are very poor to say the least and he always talks like he's running all his text through Google translate but no, that's just how he talks and types. For a person who's lived in the United States his whole life you would expect more but he did get held back four times [8] and you can't expect anything from anybody who manages to accomplish that; Pedro managed to delay his High School graduation so much by working "on the job" and it took him three years to finish warehouse training [9].
