A Catfish is someone who pretends to be someone they are not on the Internet, tricking another person into a romantic relationship on false pretenses. Usually because:

  • They are embarrassed by how ugly they are. (Fat chicks make up a high percentage of catfish)
  • They are a dude who wants to have an online relationship with another dude who may not be receptive to cock.
  • They are trying to scam money off of a person.
