If someone sends you their picture and they're a 10, then you meet in person and they're a 2, you've been catfished

A Catfish is someone who pretends to be someone they are not on the Internet, tricking another person into a romantic relationship on false pretenses. These people often like to claim that they are "supermodels" and will use just about any cover-up they can to deceive and manipulate the person they are trying to fool into submitting to them. This is most prominent on online dating sites like Plenty of Fish or Tinder, of course, because most people on there are basement-dwelling virgins who are so ugly that they can't get a date in real life, and will often resort to using trickery to get others to fall for them. Although it also occurs on sites like Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, where the average IQ is just above that of the bacteria in swamp water. Catfish will post fake pictures and claim these pictures as their own; this is one method that they use to scam their marks into thinking they look the complete opposite of what they really look like in real life.

So this begs the only question: why do people do this? Well, there are a lot of reasons why people do this, some of them include:

  • They are embarrassed by how ugly they are. (Fat chicks make up a high percentage of catfish)
  • They are a dude who wants to have an online relationship with another dude who may not be receptive to cock.
  • They are trying to scam money off of a person.
  • To trick others into dishing out their personal information.
  • They are unable to get a date in real life.
  • They like play out their sexual fantasies on the internet.
  • They are trying to rape and/or kill you.
  • They have Assburgers, and as a result, have no (real) friends due to always being antisocial.
