North Carolina (more like Nobody Cares, amirite) is one of the most shitty states to ever exist. This mistake of a state is considered the "Poor Man's solution to Texas", along with Tennessee because of the country culture.

Regional Divisions

• East - Borders Virginia, has lots of Southeast English speakers and is the least shitty part of the state, but still shit.
• Central - Shitty redneck area. The worst part of the state. Infamous for being the Mississippi of the Upland South.
• West - Second worst, second best. Mountain area. Crazy faggots who speak very fast with nasal voices. Also borders another shit state.
