Displays correct spelling of a misspelled word when hovered over. Good for when you're quoting an illiterate subject or outside source of an article and want to rub their stupidity in.
Example:
Sue is {{Sic|stupit|stupid}} and I hate her!
Produces:
Sue is stupit [sic] and I hate her!
