Asians actually have normal sized peckers, it's just they buy smaller sized condoms, which is largely how such statistics are derived. The reason why is because the smaller the condom the tighter/thinner it is and thus, the more feeling you get out of it (although more prone to breakage). On the flip side, Americans tend to buy a size larger than they are, often because they think it's "impressive" to people, which winds up fitting loose and thick...which is why Americans so often bitch about not getting any feeling when using condoms.  ;)
