It's fake. When a person blows up the smoke isn't gray/white it's reddish nasty. There's also a fair degree of "splatter"...

If you like I have some videos of actual/real suicide bombers. Also some good ones where people get blasted into oblivion by tank rounds! I think I have some high speed photography shots somewhere as well... most of it is pretty graphic though.
