Fuuka is an open-source software program used to archive imageboards. It(or variations/forks) is often used on 4chan auto-thread-archiving sites such as Foolz Archive, RebeccaBlackTech, and InstallGentoo.net, where one has to spend hours sorting through random shitposting-filled threads to find the thread they're looking for (unlike other 4chan archives.)

Features

Ghost Mode/Ghost Board

When a thread on 4chan dies or is deleted by a janitor, users can continue to reply to the thread in the form of of ghost replies, aptly named because they don't show up.

Forks and similar software

  • FoolFuuka - What FoolzArchive runs on.
  • Asagi - another imageboard archiver program written by the same developer.
