Advice Chihuahua is a new meme created by an anonymous user on FanArt Central. Basically the same as Advice Dog, Advice Chihuahua does the same thing pretty much....sometimes in Spanish!

Though in reality, he doesn't really offer any good advice. He just likes to throw vulgar insults at people for lulz (Advice Chihuahua should be used for trolling).
