Since Jamal Radwan is a man of high culture and impeccable taste, as soon as he became the owner of a historic French chateau he decided to refit it with Arabian-style interiors, fittings, and features. Remember that bit about Radwan being a man of "high culture and impeccable taste"? It wasn't true, so the inside of Radwan's chateau is not unlike a DMT experience in a Turkish cafe.
