@horse_ebooks is an esoteric channel into the forgotten subconscious of the writer, or, a no good spambot that evades content filters in the shadiest of manners.
It is the twitter handle of Horse Ebooks, an online store for all books relating to horses. Or it is Alexei Kouznetsov Kouznetsov. Or maybe even Алексей Кузнецов. Or possibly Alexey Kouznetsov. All will soon be revealed.
In any case @horse_ebooks has gained nearly verbose thread. Not that that is at all surprising given that Astin Koocher has over 9000.
