Andrew Michael "Andy" Milonakis (born January 30, 1976) is an American actor, rapper, comedian, and inauspicious manchild of Greek descent (and testicular non-descent) best known for his disturbing capers on MTV, which are his primary source of Jew gold.

Milonakis was born with a hilarious and tragic hormonal condition that gives him the outward appearance and voice of an autism-spectrum 13-year-old boy, even though he is an adult in his mid-30s. His special antics gained popularity on the tubes after he released home recordings of his freestyle rhyming and other pitiful cries for human affection. Some of these include "Crispy New Freestyle", "Cuppy", "The Super Bowl Is Gay", and "Andy and the Giant Grapefruit." Yup... those are about as creative as they sound.
Milonakis also starred in his own TV-PG-rated MTV television series, The Andy Milonakis Show, which lasted from 2005 to 2007.
