"Hide, Ignore, Do Not Reply" is a series of image macros reminding posters on 4chan, forums, or even comments sections to do exactly that - hide certain types of posters, ignore then, and don't reply.
Posts with this image macro tend to gather a plethora of replies pondering whether the party/group described in the pictures is really guilty of the shitposting or trolling. As such, it usually ends up actually applying to the user posting the "Hide, Ignore, Do Not Reply" picture.
