As for other food supplies, anything stored up was quickly stolen by the hordes of homeless bums who quickly infested the zone, things were falling apart quickly and with Chaz open border policy anyone could just walk in and take over... which is exactly what happened.

Raz was quick to start making some changes to his new zone, from setting up an armed police force of his own to handing out Ar-15s to random people, food you actually had to pay for and random beating became commonplace under Raz rule. Chazians tried to call the police to get rid of Raz, but it was no use (lol)
