Arbchat was the supreme Internet court of Encyclopedia Dramatica from 2005-2011. It was founded at least 4 days ago and before it's retiring it was known as the "lulziest court in the land".
Rules of procedure
Cases could go directly to Arbchat, but would first be handled by other means. If a plaintiff wished to bring your case before Arbchat they would first pay a filing fee in Internet money and show proof that they attempted to reach an Internet Settlement. If they wished to file a case against ED plaintiffs were expected to be fully versed in the Internet Law. An E-lawyer was recommended and were provided from the prestigious Dramatica School of Law for those who could not find or afford one.
