Idiocy is nothing new in the world of [[twitter|twitter]], but one enterprising soul has found a new and amusing way to troll thousands of people at once with little to no effort. This individual, known only as @CapsCop, has written a bot that scans the real-time twitter feed and replies to anyone typing in [[ALL CAPS]] with one of several canned responses.
