Off Topic is a shitty-ass forum on ROcocks it's full of furfaggots, fappers, trollers, lulzers, spammers/flamers, and dumb-ass people who try to act cool. Little kids post "funny" links to gay-shit-that-aint-even-funny just for lulz and to get banned, the whole community is pretty fucked up in general and contains a lot of sexual activity day and night. Fappers enjoy fapping to dirty links, and many just spam. There are also many douche-cunts that make misleading titles to seem funny.
