MyAdopts is a shitty site for furries, jews, small children, girls and retards to make their very own Pokemon and Digimon sites with whatever stolen images they find on the web OR they use "masterpieces" they shit out in Microsoft Paint. It also has a forum for these asstards to communicate on about the dog they raped yesterday.
The Site Builder
The "site editor" as they call it allows you to make your very own shitty NeoPet game with a variety of complex features. Some say though, that this is not really a website builder but instead the whole thing is just a game, including the editor.
The many features you can put on the site include pets, a new CSS that's shittier than the current one, some pages, more pages, and yes, even more pages to create a "quest" for your users. That is if you can even edit provided the site is not down due to the large amount of users that rape the server's bandwith with their high traffic.
