8chan is an internet hostel for users of 4chan, mostly from b, /pol/ and v that were annoyed with the faggotry that lurks around most chans. The creator of the site is a fucktard by the name of f0rt. It had a low fan base of about 10-20 members prior to m00t selling out 4chan. Now, the most popular boards have hundreds if not thousands of posts. Smart management decision to keep your userbase, Jewt.
