Article Reformat Idea

Basically take everything right nyah:

http://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.109637195732768.11550.100000594643800&type=3

And dump it all into this article. And instead of "Easter" change the focus/direction to "Zombie Jesus Day". Also could use a section about how it's actually a stolen Pagan holiday, originally celebrating the Goddess Ēostre (hence the painted eggs and rabbits, which are Pagan fertility symbols). Thoughts? Ideas? Random suggestions?

"zombie jesus day" sounds like a forced joke, and also reminds me of something in particular. - Talk to me|Contribs 22:26, 15 March 2013 (EDT)
I mostly look at it from the point of incurring the most butthurt and/or frothing rage. Calling it "Zombie Jesus Day" instead of Easter is basically a guaranteed way to incite screaming death threats in ultra-Christian conservatives and to get them immensely butt mad. As the article stands now it's not really very insulting or drama inducing to anyone so much. --Onideus 22:40, 15 March 2013 (EDT)
"(the article) could use a section about how it's actually a stolen Pagan holiday, originally celebrating the Goddess Ēostre" - this. 22:43, 15 March 2013 (EDT)

Uncyclopedia

Well, I decided to go over and check Uncyclopedia to see what ~their~ Easter article looks like and...wow...I mean...holy shit d00d...

"Many people wonder about where these chocolate covered delicacies come from. But it has come to our Government scientists attention that they are in fact Jew eggs. You see, the Jew is a very common creature in some Countries such as America and Israel. So many think that the Jew egg should be a common good to the average human, yet the Jew is in fact a very selfish creature. In fact, they are so selfish that it was practically impossible to have said eggs without being a Jew yourself. Therefor, during the Great Leap Forward in China, Communist leader Mao Zedong initiated The plan to steal the eggs from the Jews and equally distribute the eggs among his people. To get the eggs they brainwashed one billion normal rabbits and sent them out. Hence that is also where the Rabbit came from."

...I mean, it's not even "random access funny" it's just..."random access stupidity". Like an incoherent rape of a history book. It's like they formed a committee of retarded twelve year old girls and told them they'd get "free hugs" for being "funny". There's not any ~actual~ point or purpose to ANY of it! It's not humorous, it's not drama inducing, they're essentially like the Bob Saget of America's Funniest Retard Encyclopedias. o_O

They don't do the "Zombie Jesus" thing either. They idly mention the title at the top, betwixt "The Implausible Resurrection Festival" and "Chocolate Day"...ahahahahahahaha! Get it?! CHOCOLATE DAY! ZOMG THAT'S SOOOO FUNNAY! :D

...yeah, I think that about sums it up right there. --Onideus 10:25, 17 March 2013 (EDT)

Materials For 2013 Overhaul

I'm gonna pile new stuffs into here for now. Basically I want to update/overhaul the article before Easter with new stuffs. Feel free to add stuff or put it into the article as you like or whatever. I'll try and come up with some new textish stoofs as well when I get the chance. I think I might have enough material for an entire Easter comic gallery. Plus I haven't really looked into the religious Easter stuffs I got, so there'll be plenty more to choose from once I get it all uploaded. --Onideus 03:44, 16 March 2013 (EDT)
