Tiffany Stevens is a otakukin Hellsing cosplayer who trashed the Hellsing fandom for years! Her bullshit about her haunted house, her imaginary friends and her shitty Rip Van Winkle costumes are spread over the whole net. Tiffany fed herself with the attention she got from the Hellsing community and she did everything to get that piece of attention. Posing nude, attacking other Rip cosplayers and finally even hacked a Hellsing website she'd been posting on for about a year under several different names. Although everyone knew she sucked, people liked to read her drama and her stupid lies. Her DeviantART journal was a huge bashpile about nazism and ranting other cosplayers.

Tiffany allegedly suffers from Multiple Personality Disorder. She is not self-diagnosed like every other fucktard on the internet trying to be special, but instead creeps out everybody else:

And one day I saw her masturbating herself with her gun (or whatever you guys call it) and moaning something like:'Rape me! you bastard' I've never cared about her because we all knew she had some kind of a disorder but I couldn't stand if she came near to my children. Tiffany could tell them weird stories like her house was haunted and that she was a vampire. My children couldn't sleep at night. We all had enough of her anger, abnormal behavior and nazi habits. She could spend hours in her room listening to German WWII music. One day I've seen her burning puppets in her backyard while she was spitting and yelling words like "jew" and "hell". I mean this is really disturbing. Not for me but for my children. I will never understand why her mother never got her treated. She really needs help and fast.	„

In the Hellsing manga the character Rip Van Winkle is depicted a an attractive young woman with the voice of a child who brutally murders everything in her path with her magic bullets. In the prequel manga she is knocked about by a walking coffin, and in the Hellsing manga itself she is slowly and brutally murdered - impaled by her own musket and drained of all her blood whilst crying pitifully.

If Tiffany was a real fan she would follow in her footsteps.

Tiffany is so obsessed with this character that she even wrote obscene fanfics where Rip fucks with the whole Hellsing cast in all possible positions. Her obscene thoughts drove her so far that she took nude pictures in her Rip costume exposing her fat awful pale body, making Hellsing fans and all non-faggots vomit at the sight! Her costumes look like shit, most of them were bought from military outlet stores resulting in colors completely unmatching. She also wore a swastika but removed it when she got kicked out of the grocery store where she worked the past few years. Someone had told the boss about her nazi stuff. Everything got replaced by stupid Harley Davidson pins which looked twice as ugly.

Rip Van Winkle dies.	Sadly Hellsingripvanwinkle is still with us. But hopefully not for long.

A longass time ago, HellsingRip contacted an admin of BloodKnight.net, seeing she too had a Rip Van Winkle cosplay under her belt. (The admin, being a srs community member has been known simply as "Rip" for the better part of six years.) Rip was kind to HellsingRip/Tiff and gave her suggestions for how to make her costume more accurate, or just better in general, which HellsingRip took to heart and supposedly worked on. However, her costume photos managed to pop up on BK's forums by another user and BK's members critiqued accordingly. HellsingRip was pissed about it and started throwing shitstorms all over the place. One brave BK fag gave her the name "Black Lipstick wearing SM whore". Hellsingrip took this as a compliment and made it her trademark. Meanwhile she tried to bribe Rip with chocolate and other stuff. She abused Rip's good intentions to set her up against another Rip cosplayer. The whole thing became a dramagame where Tiffany begun to stalk the cosplayer and tried to incite a flame war. A month later the BloodKnight board was hacked and Tiffany saw this as a perfect opportunity to accuse her of hacking Rip. Finally Rip had enough of the catfight between the two girls and cut contact with them.

Since then, HellsingRip's been on downhill slide in sanity, even more so than usual. Claiming Daguru had gotten her pregnant (despite his having a girlfriend and loathing the thought of even being in the same BUILDING as HellsingRip,) that she'd been to an insane asylum because of her fits, that her ghosts were hurting her and numerous other things. 4chan remembers the preggers lulz. She 'had a miscarriage' of course and never had the baby. Figures.

Anyway. She's still parading around anime conventions in her shitty Rip Van Winkle costume, toting the black lipstick and trying to make nice with a ton of well known, generally GOOD people that happen to attend the same ones. Most people ignore or avoid her, but like Rip in the beginning, many are prone to be nice to her despite knowing who she really is. HellsingRip once tried to bring cookies for a Hellsing gathering. A few unlucky fans died from the massive amounts of fail baked into the treats.

Most people use the old "Don't blame meh - I wuz teh hakked!" excuse to pretend someone else made all those goddawful stupid mistakes. Not so with somebody who has multiple personality disorder.

After making her new DeviantART and Sheezyart accounts, she wrote that her accounts were been hacked and that she is been stalked by a "psycho-bitch".

However apparently one of her other personalities hacked her and now she is trying to get back on that psycho-bitch who is actually herself. Unfortunately we all know the only way to get rid of that psycho-bitch is to get treated but since Tiffany's superiority complex will never allow that, it's better she die in a lonely corner.

Ohayocon

Last Ohayocon was like hell for her but she is too proud to admit that in public. It appears her skit sucked because she was acting like a mad bitch doing a monologue about a raped girl who had nothing to do with Hellsing at all. Although there were too many awards and less participants, everybody got an award except her. Tiffany couldn't stand that and told on Ohayoconforums that the con judges were biased. Still people didn't care about her because they all know what kind of a crazy bitch she was. Nobody got interest in her costume and probably she bribed one of Cosplay.com's photographers to shoot photos of her. After Ohayocon she uploaded pics from the same photographer on her DeviantART account telling everyone to fuck off and die if they didn't agree she was the PERFECT Rip Van Winkle (so naturally, suggesting that if you hollowed her out you could fit two or three van Winkles in her skin is right out).
