Necomouse was a photo of uncertain origins that Wikimedia hosted for over eleven years, despite numerous attempts to delete it.
Alkivar uploaded the photo to Wikipedia and added it to Wikipedia "Necrophilia" article in February 2005. According to Alkivar,
I [Alkivar] did not take the photo, my friend did, he authorized its release via GFDL but stated he did not want his name associated with it.
— Alkivar
In May 2005, an anon removed the photo from the article, but a year later, in May 2006, Wikipedo "JayW" restored the photo to the article and guarded the photo during several edit wars ([1], [2], [3], [4], [5]) until he was blocked for sockpuppetry (but more importantly, for being a sick fuck) in May 2007.

The photo was finally removed from the Wikipedia article in September 2007, after an epic edit war.
There were several attempts to delete the article from Commons, mainly based on alleged copyright violations, but it wasn't until March 2016 that someone finally found a copy of the photo that predates Alkivar's copy:
[I, Smooth O, am] [m]arking [Necromouse.jpg] as [a] possible copyvio because This is original photo, uploaded before upload on wikipedia. http://www.lachschon.de/item/11356-/
— Smooth O
Thus, the photo was deleted from Commons, putting to an end the drama caused by this photo.
