Soggy biscuits is a British term and the title of a game played by closeted gay teenage boys.
The players will sit in a circle and furiously wank onto a biscuit that is strategically placed in the middle of the circle. The last boy to ejaculate onto the biscuit loses, and has to eat it as punishment.
The only time a girl is permitted to play is if she volunteers to be the biscuit, as girls do not have a penis, and only few possess the skill of ejaculation.
