The present version, version 11, includes every item, bad guy, scene and scenario from all the previous versions mashed together as usual with a very slightly different plot and main characters. Every other aspect of the game, like every version before it, is exactly identical with almost no dissimilarity whatsoever. The first one. Was translated into Engrish (with Bri'ish accents) 3 years after it's Japanese release in 1989 by a bunch of Nintendo Power shills.
