Although he says he is bisexual, he does not make it clear as to whether or not he is attracted to little girls as well. He has shared with his peers on the BoyMoment site that he has let a little boy urinate into his mouth, and has offered suggestions to other members as to how they may do the same. He has also posted that he was a victim of incest himself as a child.

Bill states that he is separated from his wife, and that together they have 3 grown children. He is a disabled Army veteran who served in Vietnam, Germany, and Korea, where he met his now estranged wife. He was also a letter carrier for the U. S. Our Investigation

We first noticed wcat as a regular poster on the BoyMoment forums. A check of his profile revealed quite a few pieces of identifying information. He listed himself as a 59 year old male, DOB Jan. 9, 1948, from Leominster, MA. He also listed contact information, including his Skype name (bluescat48), screen names for AIM (bluescat48), YIM (wildcat48) and MSN ([email protected]), and an ICQ account number (32209674) as well.
A check of his ICQ profile revealed his name to be William Young. Although the DOB was not an exact match, the age (59) and screen name (bluescat48) used were the same as noted in his BoyMoment profile. In addition, his location listed was a match (Leominster, MA) but he also provided further information, including his street address (226 Main Street), his original location (Bennington, VT), and an SMS contact number. Under the section for his marital status, he listed "separated", and in the occupation section, he posted that he is retired.
A review of his AOL profile provided a matching name and location, but with a different street address, (25 Grove Ave., Leominster, MA). He also noted in this profile that he is separated from his wife, and retired. This matches the information he posted on BoyMoment about being a retired letter carrier, and a disabled Army vet.
We then searched his Yahoo profile under the screen name wildcat48 and noted that his name, age, location, and occupation were all an exact match. Since then we have also located a Flickr.com photo hosting account for him using the wildcat48 name, which also lists him as being "William Young", along with his street address.
Further searches using the bluescat48 screen name yielded results from several websites dedicated to the discussion of evolution and creationism. In one profile, he listed all of his identifying information, including another e-mail address, [email protected].
A search of public records confirms all of the previous information we were able to match from profile to profile.
