During the course of those conversations, Garcia transmitted pornographic images of prepubescent boys who were engaged in sexual acts. He was sentenced to one year incarceration with no possibility of early release and was ordered to register as a level one sex offender with the New York State Sex Offender Registry.

Currently, Garcia spends most of his online time blogging under the pretense of a gay activist, but it should not be forgotten that he is truly a "boylover" pedophile.

When we did a basic search on nlsngrc, we found a post on Alt.Hackers.Malicious here about the investigation of a NAMBLA member named Nelson Garcia.
AHM posted that he was also a registered sex offender.
All of this information was confirmed by the posts he made on pedo boards. The information in these posts matched the details of his arrest and conviction dates
