Chagen46 (A.K.A. Chagen, Tagento66, Hlrest, Israel) is a self-diagnosed schizophrenic whiny 15 year old attention whore known for imposing his stupid opinions on everyone else, being constantly butthurt, hating anyone who isn't straight, chaste and polygamous despite being a bisexual wannabe shota slut with a diaper / baby fetish that he won't shut up about, having a persecution complex, derailing threads to be all about him, contradicting himself and generally being an annoying bastard.

And somehow he doesn't see a problem with this.

For as long as anyone can remember, Chagen's spent his time roaming the internet, signing up for site after site only to be an obnoxious, rude little bitch, get banned, throw a temper tantrum and threaten to kill himself before moving on to his next obsession. The only sites he doesn't get banned from are ones he never seems to be active on. There are times, however, when it almost seems like he's improving, or is at least allowed to stick around long enough to make an even bigger fool of himself than usual, such as his time on TVTropes.

Pretty much all of Chagen's time on TVTropes was spent whining about how terrible his parents are, going on about his fetishes at the most inappropriate times, and pretending everyone was making fun of him. His favorite thread seemed to be "Fetishes", where he could go on in detail about all of the girls he wish he could watch shitting themselves while simultaneously calling all of the other sick fucks in the thread disgusting for fapping to things other than watching girls shitting themselves.

One day, Chagen logged in on TVTropes, only to find out he was banned. After making a topic about it on the cheap TVTropes rip-off site and having someone else ask for him, he found out why: For posting NSFW pictures. Not for the constant insults, the trolling, or the whining, but for posting naughty pictures. Predictably, he went batshit.

One of Chagen's favorite things to do is taking innocuous comments and turning them into personal attacks against him, pretending everyone is out to get him and genereally being a drama queen.
