Yeah that was the point I was trying to make when I was making this. Maybe we should have a page where all the portals are listed, and if you are going to change a portal you don't choose a specific one, you go to the page and pick whichever one is next on the list, then cross it off/sign it or whatever, then when the next person is going to change a portal they pick the next one, change it, sign it, etc etc. That way they all get done systematically. --zaiger (talk) 07:53, 27 January 2012 (CET)

Yeah def. I will start it and you guys can edit it and make it work however you feel is best. I think just a repeating list of portal names set by month would work well, when you have done a portal you just sign your name next to it with a timestamp so people know when the last time it was done was. Ideally they should be rotated once a week, and there are 17 portals at the moment, so if 4 days a week 2 people did one portal each day, and 3 days a week 3 people did one portal each day, that would be more than enough. It doesn't even have to be the same people, just whoever decides they feel like doing a portal. I should make a policy page explaining this, but it really isn't that difficult. --zaiger (talk) 08:08, 27 January 2012 (CET)
