What is this shit and why is there and article about it?

MAD TV (or just "MAD) is a CartoonNetwork show that appeared last thursday. The writers, all redditors as proved in below videso, put memes in EVERY FUCKING EPISODE. I mean, Seriously, kids are going to understand that?
