At least 100 years ago, Italian Vilfredo Pareto built on economic statistics to propose the following principle: that 80% of lulz are generated by only 20% of the internet. This is known as Pareto's Principle. 2.6 Z score deviation from mean equals to 0.8 probability and 2.8/8 is 0.35 whereas it is supposed to be 0.20 according to the standard normal distribution. Pareto distribution has not proven to exist on a specific sample category, so it is totally imaginary. BUT WHATEVER, 80 and 20 look cooler, so use that.
