Doge

Doge is the bastard child of tumblr and /sp/. Now, while /sp/ would like to think that they created this hilarious and original meme, in fact it was first made on tumblr in 2012. To this day, /sp/artans are still butthurt that they are not the father. Most doge images involve a combination of improper english and Comic Sans, as expected of something dredged up from the bowels of the internet.

Since /sp/ caught wind of doge's popularity, it has been reposted so much that the mods have declared an all-out war on doge threads and, as a result, commonly delete half of /sp/ on a daily basis. However, the Faggotry of the Doge is too much for the mods to handle, and the threads come in such large numbers that their effort usually isn't even worth it.
