888chan is a site created by r3x, a self-confessed Thunderdome troll, intent on maintaining a *chan basis for Project Chanology. Whilst the current goal is to bring Anonymous' march against Scientology to a successful conclusion, long-term goals include the coordination of both OL and IRL raids against other targets, most notably the opponents of Net Neutrality and without a doubt furries. Since OL and IRL raids have never been coordinated before this means that epic win will be experienced on a level never seen before. Besides that its purpose is whatever Anon chooses it to be.
