A narcovideo is a contribution of a Mexican drug cartel to the internet showing how they are internet tough guys. Now that the cartels are fighting over who will provide the John Q. Public in the USA with lots of trippy drugs, they have used the internet to threaten each other and make each other look bad. They get posted on Youtube and other fine videosharing websites.
