A ghetto Hispanic is a Hispanic/Latina/Latino person (mainly and almost all females) who dress up and act like niggers and their white counterpart, wiggers. They are growing in number and are mostly Gen Z fags. They like to wear Air Jordans, and bandanas wrapped around their heads so they can be kewl like the niggas. They go around, smoke blunts and go on social media to see what stupid black people are doing all day. They listen to rap and hip hop but also in Spanish. Ghetto spics and whores are obsessed with posting pictures of their ass on Instagram and Snapchat and just like any Gen Z faggot, they like hot Cheetos and Takis. They are something you'll most likely see in 8th grade and high school (or even college).
