The National Health Service (NHS) is a publicly funded healthcare systems in Great Britain, and the biggest reason why it's hospitals should be run the old fashioned way, and not like this. Since it's inception in 1948 it's been a never ending Tubgirl style fountain of shit, with every hospital in the country full of Indian and Arabdoctors who don't bother washing their hands. While it is free British 'people', they don't give them free optical care, or dental care, which is why they all have such shit looking teeth lol. They also give out free healthcare to rapefugees because according to Bongistan, welfare for niggers is more important than the welfare of the people who pay the taxes.
