Talk:Latin

I completely rewrote it. More or less. I kept some of the solid things intact. Deleted a bunch of stupid stuff. Made parts easier to read. Added or reworked content. Deleted fanclub bullshit for girvinyl at the end there. Dumped a whole lot of the section on Latin America, since it seemed out of place for this article. Changed the definitions of some of the phrases they listed. In the case of V.V.Vici they were completely wrong, instead listing the somewhat funny linking jokes of "I came, I saw, I conquered", into "The Die is Cast", which had something unfunny listed for it as well. That bit in the translations:

It's from Juvenal's satire, and it translates to:

09 "Besides all this, there is nothing sacred to his lusts: not the matron of the family, nor the maiden daughter, not the as yet unbearded son-in-law to be, not even the as yet unpolluted son; if none of these be there, he will debauch his friend's grandmother.

With thanks to Google. I like it enough to leave it on a page like latin, since it includes tons of rape, but dunno if "ASL" is the best choice here for a faux-translation.
