Recovered basic article from the waybackmachine

I've taken the text from the ED article cached there, and redone it slightly. There is so much BS in this, I'm tempted to really rewrite it, but, in such a manner as to maintain the eventual butthurt it will cause, Have left it in the Stub category for now, I'll work on this when I get some time.
