Restored all the images, and added a few.

I am working on an offline copy, moving things around and consolidating stuff contributed by many authors. The same incident, repeated many times from many viewpoints does not lulz make.

The subject has been busy on the internet, doing many things worthy of inclusion here. So the present stuff would be condensed and new stuff added. Soyl 19:00, 16 December 2012 (EST)
