Hahahaha!!!

This is just another overglorified Anonfag. Instead of him bravely taking it in the pooper for what he deserves, he hangs himself as if that "Solves Everything". Also funny how they think that Anonymous is great, when everyone fails to realize MIT allowed their page to be "hacked". That place is known for hiding Script Kiddies and Anonfags. Most of the sites they "hack" aren't hard at all. XD!! It's such faggotry that they think an Online Petition with 21,000 signatures will make any difference, when they fail to realize it's not the 1800's anymore. Nothing of Value was lost. Honestly.

Couple observations...

1. He had to be an asspie. Don't tell me he wasn't.

2. Gone are the days of anon causing lulz. Now all they do is moralfag.

Intellectual Suicide Bomber

Of sorts...I mean...why then? It's not like he had been convicted yet, it's not like he was ~going~ to go to jail ~for sure~...so why end it all so suddenly? My theory...he was basically depressed as fuck, had been considering suicide for some time (irregardless of the case) and basically came to the sudden epiphany that by taking his life right ~then~ he could basically inflict the exact same potential life-altering/ending "sentence" against Carmen Ortiz that she was pursuing again him. Basic he intellectually blew himself up in a way, taking Carmen Ortiz's career along with him. Case in point:

That woman...is FUCKED! I mean...her life, her career, her EVERYTHING is completely FUCKED at this point. Power of being an An Hero baby...slit yer wrists today, to give the world a better tomorrow! :D

I agree. I basically said this on twitter a few days ago. He did way more by killing himself than he ever could have alive. --zaiger (talk) 15:31, 23 January 2013 (EST)

The new version is kinda crap.

I think it might be possible to poke fun at the way he did what he did, and the reactions, without coming across as utter opportunist dickheads... Which we all are. But regardless, I shall knock up a quick draft, one which doesn't pander to his fanbois, and let the lulz commence.--Ambient Malice 22:44, 6 February 2013 (EST)

Look, maybe I'm just butthurt about my TOTALLY awesome edit being obliterated in the rewrite, but it seems to me the current version is simply a cheap, offensive take on the sequence of events. This in itself isn't inherently funny. Under other circumstances, it might be. But with character pages, I feel there should be less random slurs and more biting wit.--Ambient Malice 18:10, 7 February 2013 (EST)

It's written in ED style, it is clear that you liked Aaron, and that's understandable. But we can't be butthole licking in articles because that is nearly never lulzy. Also your edits weren't fantastic, that Michael Jackson "closet" joke was terrible and it took up half the page. Elvis 18:10, 8 February 2013 (EST)

I get that, and surprisingly I'm not a fanboi. I personally feel he, like most wannabe hacktivists, played with fire and got burned. Then showed how weak and unstable he was by killing himself. I'm fine, really, with my lame joke edit being reverted. (Even if I did personally like that joke.) I'm just suggesting that the current version squanders the opportunity for some cutting criticism by falling back on slurs. But I'm not confident enough with my editing abilities to alter the current text, since I risk creating a tonal clash and I can't guarantee my edits would improve the article.--Ambient Malice 20:47, 8 February 2013 (EST)

But the article does touch on the fact that he was weak and unstable, "So like a blubbering pussy, Swartz murdered himself with some rope", "he was just an emo babby that wanted out." and there is also some cutting criticism: "Swartz killed himself, which created a gigantic shitstorm in the media causing everyone to gawp, speculate and discuss a situation that should have been in the spotlight considerably earlier". I think you were right to begin with about being butthurt over the removal of your edits, causing you to come here and complain without actually looking at the changes made. Elvis 10:58, 9 February 2013 (EST)

Yeah, I made a few minor edits and have been asked to re-write the whole article. I'll see what I can do. James Edward Rustle 02:24, 27 April 2013 (EDT)

New New Version

I re-wrote most of the article; let me know what you guys think. I think that the MIT section might seem a bit bland to some, so if you can spice it up with some minor edits, please do. James Edward Rustle 04:33, 27 April 2013 (EDT)
