According to http://lulzcon.livejournal.com/, it did not happen in 2008. And according to http://web.archive.org/web/20100428105022/http://encyclopediadramatica.com/Lulzcon it did not happen in 2009 either. I haven't checked the other archived Lulzcon Planning pages on that page yet, so I am not sure about if there was or was not one in 2010.
