Changes And Portals

I saw the post left on the main discussion page, im all for removing the attack articles and restoring ed to its former glory but what concerns me is the furfaggotry portal and the trolls portal. Both of which are filled with articles which were intended to bash individuals, with the exception of some articles of course. Wont removing them dry up the portals? or will it just be a case of editing articles until they seem more about poking fun rather than bashing on a user?. Tetrahegan 09:23, 21 April 2011 (UTC)

I think it should be a mixture of both. We should go through, follow the citations to the drama (if any) and vote on if it's worth of being cleaned up into a quality article. I agree though, a lot of the stuff on the troll and furfaggotry (hell, even some YouTube and LJ portals!) portals are blatant attack articles, but some may have had good intentions. Personally most attack articles on people who did cause faggotry should stay and get improved. Anything about innocent people or just people no one generally gives a fuck about can go in the trash. Tetrahegan 09:42, 21 April 2011 (UTC)

I'm down, but who did we bitch to to get this organized? I'm pretty new to actually getting involved with the wiki itself. Pi Is A Rational 09:46, 21 April 2011 (UTC)

As far as I know just head to IRC and round a few people to help but people are just trying to restore what they can at the moment. Right now im fixing the nyan cat article which is a keg of shit at the moment. Tetrahegan 09:56, 21 April 2011 (UTC)
