Antinatalist?
Article calls Emil Kirkegaard an antinatalist who opposes procreation. I don't think this is true, his views are very much the opposite - he spends his time on twitter telling westerner's to breed more, criticises reduction in fertility of European countries and claims he wants to "save" western civiliation via eugenics (which requires breeding):
