If that is his overall intention it might make more sense to "redefine" him so to speak. Best way to deal with an attempted troll is with trolling, that is, the Art of Reality Manipulation. So simply "repaint" his entire persona and work into an unfavorable light. Take what he hates or despises most and then turn it against him. In this case, he likens himself to a mysoginist...so simply take the opposite stance and paint him up as a complete loser whose only ever been able to garner one night stand "pity fucks" from mediocre looking women who simply felt sorry for him. Rip his power balance out from underneath him and then STAB IT straight into his fat, ugly head. ^__^

A++ to whomever found the link on "Return of Kings" (lol) to 'how to remove highly contagious venereal warts without paying a doctor'. Protip: venereal warts are a virus and viral diseases are not curable, only treatable, same as AIDS, herpes, and many more. The piece was written by "Dr. Nick", whose bio states: "Dr. Nick is not a doctor, but appreciates home remedies that work." Let me tell you now that vinegar will not work on venereal warts.
