When LiveJournal was created, anyone could join any community she wanted. This was called "open membership" and everything was awesome. Now LJ has a "closed community" option, which makes everything suck.

How to weasel your way into closed communities

Suck as much ass of relevant members as possible, to gain:

  • Respect
