How it was

It was an ordinary april evening in Novosibirsk when police officers waved in front of cars with striped stick and accepted dirty graft. About 11 p.m. police officer Dmitriy Chulkov (rus. Дмитрий Чулков) stopped a «Subaru» and went to it. As a result, the drunk student was sentenced to 4.5 years of jail, payment of 100 000 roubles (about 3 300$) for personal injury to the father of died police officer, 200 000 roubles (about 6 600$) for personal injury and 384 000 roubles (12 800$) for property damage to the Chulkov's widow. The stupid whore challenged the sentence, but the cassation instance upheld the conviction. At October 2013 after 4.5 years she became free.
